Our business will be registered with the Secretary of State and with the city where our space lives, and every space will display our business licenses. To protect you, we do not accept payments through Cash App or Zelle, and we will not ask for any personal identifying information over the phone, nor will we share your personal identifying information with others beyond what our privacy policy allows. We encourage safe, legitimate interactions: you can meet with management in Google Meet or in person, and you can tour our spaces through self-guided options. We are always accessible by phone, should you schedule a call with us, we will answer promptly.
A simple way to protect yourself from scams is to ask to see the official documents for the business. Specifically, you can ask to view the business’s registration with the Secretary of State and the city where the business is located, as well as the identification of the person who is registered to run the business. If a business does not have a website nor a business email address that may seem off. If something seems off, contact the business directly using a phone number or email, not from a suspicious message.
